Prepare the ingredients and wash them.

Dissolve the sugar with hot water.

Slices of various radishes. (The picture shows some ingredients)

Blanch various radishes separately for 30 seconds.

After blanching all kinds of radishes, use cold water to cool them down.

Then drain.

Put various radishes into the pot.

Add a spoonful of salt.

Add ginger and chili.

Pour in sugar water.

Pour in the white vinegar and stir.

Finally bottle it and it’s ready to go the next day.
