Fried chicken liver
Overview
Animal livers contain high cholesterol, so people with high blood lipids and high cholesterol should eat less. However, the liver has a therapeutic effect on improving eyesight, so it is good to eat it occasionally. Chicken liver is relatively easy to cook. You don’t have to worry about overcooking it and aging it, which will affect the taste. You can just set the fire higher and cook it for a longer time. But pork liver is just the opposite. Once overcooked, it becomes very hard and difficult to eat.
