Main and auxiliary ingredients: lentils, red oil

Pick and wash the green lentils and cut them into eye-shaped pieces (i.e. diamond-shaped pieces).

Boil water in a pot, add a little salt and a few drops of oil. Add lentils and blanch until cooked.

Remove and add salt and MSG while hot. Mix well and marinate for 5-10 minutes to absorb the flavor.

Transfer the marinated lentils to a plate.

Add appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar and mix well.

Add red oil again. Mix well and serve.
