Brown Sugar Peanut Soft Cookies
Overview
The recipe is adapted from Junzhi's Grape Chocolate Soft Cookies. I didn't have raisins, so I replaced them with peanuts, and this is how I ended up with this recipe.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour hot water into the brown sugar, stir until the brown sugar melts, set aside to cool and set aside
-
Fry the peanuts, peel them and crush them with a rolling pin. What I want is this grainy texture, so I don’t use a food processor
-
Weigh out an appropriate amount of vegetable oil in a bowl, pour the cooled brown sugar water into the vegetable oil, then add salt and mix well
-
Mix the powder
-
Sift into the sugar water mixture
-
Use a spatula to stir evenly
-
Pour in the chopped peanuts
-
Pour in the chocolate beans and mix well
-
Take a small piece with your hands and sort it out into the shape you want
-
Arrange into baking pan and finish all dough in turn. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees with upper and lower heat, put it into the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes
