Sweet potato filling
Overview
The sweet potatoes that have just been put on the market have very low sweetness because they have just been unearthed, so they are not delicious when steamed. So I made the sweet potatoes into sweet potato fillings, and the taste was significantly improved. They can be eaten directly or made into other desserts.

Rinse the sweet potatoes with clean water,

Put into the steamer and steam over high heat for 15 minutes,

Steamed sweet potatoes can be pierced with chopsticks,

Peel the sweet potatoes while they are hot,

Add 1/2 oil to the pan and heat over medium heat,

Pour in sweet potato puree,

Use a spatula to stir-fry continuously until the oil is absorbed by the sweet potato puree, then add 1/2 oil and stir-fry until the sweet potato puree holds together and no more water vapor comes out, then turn off the heat.
