Exclusive braised rice
Overview
I believe many people use the leftover rice for frying. Today I will present my exclusive braised rice recipe, which is both delicious and delicious.

Slice the ham, slice the mushrooms, and cut the vegetables in half.

Put oil in the bottom of the pot, add peppercorns and chili peppers to the cold oil, and now slowly stir-fry until fragrant (I couldn’t take a picture clearly due to my shaking hands, so I only took one picture, just for reference)

Fry the pepper and pepper until fragrant, take them out, add the pot base ingredients and stir-fry (I used red 99)

Stir-fry the base ingredients until just before melting, add the mushrooms and stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant.

After frying the mushrooms, add appropriate amount of boiling water, salt, chicken essence and oyster sauce. The amount of seasoning depends on the amount of water.

After the water boils, add rice, vegetables, and ham and start cooking until the vegetables are cooked. I like to eat cooked vegetables, so I cook them a little longer. (A bowl of rice is basically enough for two people)
