After the water in the pot boils, the steam will rush upward, and the soup in the pot will gradually form. Therefore, you do not need to put too much water in the pot to make soup. Just put 2-3 of water to moisten the bottom of the pot;

  3. For about half an hour, turn on the steam pot and check if the water is enough. If not, add water and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours. Do not add salt when stewing the soup. Add refined salt when you drink the soup.
