  1. Soak Thai glutinous rice for more than 3 hours in advance, add two pandan leaves and steam for 20~30 minutes (ignore if there are no pandan leaves)

  2. Put coconut milk, sugar, salt and pandan leaves into a pot and bring to a boil over low heat

  3. Mix the steamed glutinous rice and coconut milk evenly and let it sit for 20 minutes to allow the glutinous rice to fully absorb the coconut milk. Cut the mango into desired pieces and put it on a plate
