Grilled eggplant with tomatoes
Overview
Braised eggplant with tomatoes is a dish that my mother often makes for me. When I was in high school, when I came back from school at noon, I had a plate of these dishes and a bowl of rice. It was a great meal!

Wash the eggplant, cut into hob pieces, and soak in light salt water for 10 minutes.
