Spare ribs and peanut milk soup
Overview
Peanuts contain calcium, iron and other vitamins. They can nourish blood and nourish the stomach. They are one of the foods that can help produce milk during lactation. Using peanuts to make milk soup can have the same effect with pork ribs, pig's trotters, or japonica rice. You can mix several kinds during the confinement period to increase different nutrients.
