Peel the pumpkin, wash it and cut it into chunks, then steam it in a pot

Sift the flour, add the yeast and stir together evenly

Knead the dough until it is smooth, and then ferment it (it will double in size. When it is cold, place it in a place with a higher temperature for fermentation)

Wash the red dates, remove the core, cut into small pieces and put them in a bowl

Pour the white sugar into the prepared bowl and stir evenly (because I prefer sweet food, I put a lot of sugar in according to my own taste)

Take out the dough that has risen, roll it out into a dough, and add red date filling (because I won’t be able to wrap it in many ways, so I can only wrap it into a small dumpling shape here). After wrapping it, put it directly into the pot and start steaming
