  1. Soak Qinzhou brand millet in water for 2 hours in advance, drain and set aside.

  3. Add 2 drops of white vinegar or lemon juice to the egg whites, then add 15 grams of sugar three times. Add the sugar for the first time and beat until it looks like coarsely foamed fish eyes. Add the sugar for the second time and beat until wet foam. Add the sugar for the third time and beat until there are small peaks when you lift the egg beater. Take 1/3 of the meringue and add it to Qinzhou brand millet egg yolk. Mix the egg whites and millet paste evenly using the up and down mixing technique. Adding and mixing in batches can prevent the protein from defoaming.
