Soften the butter at room temperature and stir until it becomes feathery;

Put the dough into a plastic bag and refrigerate it for one day;

Take out the dough and roll it into a 0.3cm thick round piece larger than the pie plate, cover it on the pie crust and use a rolling pin to roll off the excess edges;

Put the cooked peanuts into a plastic bag and roll them into small pieces;

Put maltose, sugar and a small amount of water into a pot and heat;

Stir constantly until the bubbles turn from large to small. Pour in the mashed peanuts;

Stir evenly;

Fill into the pie crust;

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the middle and lower racks in a baking pan;
