Black-bone chicken is usually cooked in a lot of soup. Today, I will eat it in a different way and stir-fry it. The meat is tender and delicious.

Clean the black-bone chicken and cut into pieces.

Add marinade and marinate for 15 minutes.

Preparation: ginger, garlic, onion, green and red pepper.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the marinated black-bone chicken, don't stir it for a minute or two, and turn it over after a minute or two.
