Egg stall noodles

Egg stall noodles

Overview

The beginning of the day lies in the morning. I worry about what my baby will eat every day, especially in the morning. He likes to eat pasta very much. I accidentally saw this recipe and tried it myself. The baby likes it very much. Seeing him eating it with gusto makes me happy too. A beautiful day starts from the morning.

  2. Add an appropriate amount of salt to the flour (you can also add sugar according to personal taste), use boiling water to stir the flour into a flocculent shape with chopsticks.

  3. After the flour has cooled, knead it into a smooth dough and set aside.

  4. Chop the greens separately, cut the green onions and onions into small pieces, and dice the ham sausage (I don’t have the picture of the ham sausage here).

  5. Take a small lump of dough and roll it into a thin pancake (I don’t have a rolling pin at home, so I roll it by hand, so it may not be round).

  6. Put a little oil in the pan, just a little bit is enough, shake the pan to evenly distribute the oil on the bottom of the pan.

  7. Place the pancake in the bottom of the pan and fry over low heat. When the pancake comes off the bottom of the pan by shaking it, flip it over and add the eggs. Use a spatula to spread the eggs evenly on the pancake.

  8. When the eggs are almost set, sprinkle the prepared ingredients evenly.

  9. Fry both sides of the pancake until golden brown.

  10. Remove from the pan, cut into sections and enjoy (it tastes better while it’s hot).
