Ingredients: leeks.

Old tofu.

Wash the leeks, cut them on the chopping board and set aside.

Place the old tofu on the cutting board and cut it.

Heat oil in a pan, add sliced tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides, then remove.

Leave oil in the pot, add fried tofu, add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Then, add some soy sauce, salt, and sugar to taste and cook.

When the soup is almost dry, add the leeks, add some chicken essence and stir-fry evenly. Serve.
