Pan version of pocket cake
Overview
I haven’t made pasta for a long time after I injured my wrist. I really miss it! After a period of rest and treatment, my right wrist has improved a lot, but I still cannot knead dough. This time I knead the pasta with my left hand, and don’t dare to use too much force. So I plan to buy a chef's machine. I'm dazzled by what I've seen online. Do you have any friends who are using chef's machines? Can you give me some advice? Thanks in advance.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Stir the yeast and milk evenly, pour into the flour, knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.
-
Take out the dough, deflate it, roll it into long strips, and divide it into 8 equal portions. Press flat. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long pancake shape.
-
Wash the lettuce and drain it.
-
Heat the pan, add the cake dough, and cook over medium-low heat until the instant noodles form bubbles.
-
Flip over, wait for the cake to puff up, and cook until both sides are golden brown.
-
Beat the eggs with a little salt, fry them into egg pancakes, and fry the bacon (I forgot to take a photo).
-
Cut the pancake in half and add lettuce, egg pancake, and bacon.
