Tea tree mushroom stew
Overview
One time I bought too much pork belly and couldn't finish it in one meal. I kept some of it and looked through the cupboard for anything else that could be cooked. I saw a bag of tea tree mushrooms that had been there for a long time. It was her.

Steps
-
Soak the tea tree mushrooms in advance.
-
Wash and cut into sections.
-
I prepared some ginger, star anise, cinnamon, etc. I picked them up later and didn’t take any photos.
-
I cooked the pork belly as a whole piece and cut it into large pieces. The stew meat should be cut into larger pieces
-
Heat a little oil in a pan and stir-fry some oil over low heat. I also added some other semi-fat and lean meat, which I originally used to cook sausage rice. I saw that the pork belly was a little less this time, so I put it in together
-
After frying some of the oil from the meat, add rock sugar, light and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
-
Add the tea tree mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.
-
Add water, add star anise, cinnamon and bay leaves, cover the pot and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat.
-
After simmering, the juice is collected. I'm used to finishing the pot all at once, because I'm too lazy to wash the pot
-
No need to add extra salt, there is salt in light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.
