  1. Cut the beef brisket into cubes, blanch the beef brisket in hot water and remove it. Cut potatoes into cubes and carrots into cubes.

  2. Heat a pot and pour oil in. Add rock sugar to the pot. After the rock sugar melts, add beef brisket and stir-fry. Add (cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, thirteen spices, ginger) and continue to stir-fry. Add water to cover the beef. Bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for forty minutes.

  3. Add (potatoes, carrots) and beef brisket and simmer for fifteen minutes. When the juice is reduced over high heat, remove from the pan and serve on a plate. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions for garnish. Very perfect!
