I have a lg in my family who likes taro very much, so I slowly explored it myself, and finally I dared to show it to everyone today. I think it's okay.

Peel the taro and cut into small pieces, about the size of your thumb.

Add about half a bowl of peanut oil or lard, stir-fry over medium heat until crispy on the outside and cooked on the inside. Remove with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

After washing the pot, add 20ml cold water and sugar, simmer and stir quickly until everything melts into a slurry as shown in Figure 4.

Wait until big bubbles appear in the syrup as shown in Figure 5 before adding the fried taro.

Change to medium or slow heat and stir-fry quickly until the syrup turns white and the water dries up.

Put it on a plate and the fragrant and sweet taro is ready
