This is a New Year dish at my grandma’s house. It is called Fried Qianzi locally and is a must-have on the Spring Festival table.

  1. Add a little water to the meat filling, beat vigorously, and add chopped green onions.

  2. Heat cooking oil and pour it on the chopped green onions, then add soy sauce, oil, chicken essence, salt, pepper oil, sesame oil, and stir evenly.

  3. Soak the fried bean skin in water in advance, spread it on the chopping board, and arrange the meat filling into one strip.

  4. Roll up the meat filling with fried bean skin.

  5. Dip some batter to seal, and cut into sections with a diagonal knife.

  6. Heat oil in a pot, add bean curd meat rolls, and fry over medium heat until cooked through.
