A friend gave me some black rice, and I still have some red-skinned peanuts brought by my mother-in-law from the countryside, which are perfect for making porridge. After washing the black rice and peanuts, soak them in water the night before. The black rice is finally soaked for more than 9 hours, which makes it easier to cook. Wash first and then soak. Don't pour out the soaking water when cooking, otherwise the nutrients will be lost.
