Crush black sesame seeds in a food processor

Separate the egg whites and yolks and place them in separate containers that are oil-free and water-free.

Add milk and corn oil to egg yolks and mix well.

Add crushed black sesame seeds and mix well.

Sift in the flour and stir evenly.

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites and start beating at medium speed.

During the whipping process, add powdered sugar in three batches.

Just whip until you can pull out small sharp corners.

Add half of the meringue to the black sesame egg batter and mix evenly.

Then pour the evenly mixed batter into the meringue.

Stir evenly again, be sure to turn it up and down, not in circles to avoid defoaming.

Pour it into a high-temperature-resistant mold, and apply a layer of oil on the inner wall of the mold in advance to facilitate demoulding.

Cover with a layer of tin foil, cover the pot and steam for 20 minutes.
