Black rice steamed buns
Overview
My baby likes sweets, so I occasionally steam some steamed buns for her to try. I happened to have a bag of black rice at home, so I powdered it and made her black rice steamed buns.

Mix black rice flour and ordinary flour, add appropriate amount of yeast and white sugar and mix well.

Add appropriate amount of water and stir into flocculation, and knead into a dough as soft as an earlobe.

Cover with a damp cloth and ferment until doubled in size (I fermented the night before and used it the next morning).

Knead out the air bubbles from the risen dough.

Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll it into small balls, let it rest for ten minutes and then steam it.

Steam for about 15-20 minutes.
