Homemade edamame fried tofu
Overview
I have always loved soy products. Simple home-style stir-fried edamame and dried bean curd is a quick stir-fry that is easy to make with meals.

Prepare the ingredients (I peeled the edamame in advance)

Dice the dried tofu, dice the hot dog, and dice the green pepper

Preheat cooking oil in a pot, add shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

Add green pepper and stir-fry

Add dried tofu, hot dog and stir-fry for 2 minutes

Finally, add the edamame and stir-fry for 1 minute, add a small amount of water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes

Pour in a spoonful of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oil, and stir-fry for 2 minutes

Add 1 tablespoon of edible salt and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Plate and eat.
