Often the leftover rice doesn’t taste good when reheated, and it’s a waste of food if it’s poured out. Occasionally, it’s great to make egg fried rice in the morning! That is to use leftover rice without losing nutrition.

Prepare a portion of rice

Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir well

Pour cooking oil into the pan and stir-fry the eggs
