Roasted lentils with garlic
Overview
Stir-fry the garlic until it turns golden brown, exuding a rich aroma, and eat it with the lentils. Even if it is plain, it is delicious. Save some soup to mix with rice, it will be even better!

Wash the lentils, tear off the tendons on the sides, and cut them into inch-long pieces

Put oil in the pot, stir-fry garlic over low heat until golden brown

Add lentil segments and stir-fry

Coat each lentil with oil. When it changes color, pour in soy sauce

After each lentil is dipped in soy sauce color, pour in an appropriate amount of hot water. Do not turn the lentils over, then cover and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes
