Prepare the ingredients. Slice the ginger and garlic, cut the chicken wing root into two halves (personal preference), fry the peanuts and remove the skin (you can use cooked peanuts directly, or no peanuts).

Heat the pan, add oil, and fry half of the ginger and garlic slices until golden brown.

Add chicken wings and stir-fry until fragrant.

Fry until the chicken wings are golden brown, then pour in the cooking wine (smoking) in a circle.

Pour in the prepared sauce, continue to stir-fry, and add boiling water;

Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce to medium to low heat for 15 minutes. When the juice is reduced, add a little balsamic vinegar to taste.
