Overview
Pleurotus eryngii has thick flesh, fresh and tender taste, fragrant taste, rich nutrition, and has an almond aroma when cut. Just this one ingredient and clever combination can make dozens of delicious dishes. Pleurotus eryngii is shredded and fried. The texture is very different from sliced oyster mushrooms. It is very chewy and not as difficult to bite as enoki mushrooms. Black pepper is added to it, it’s very delicious!

Prepare ingredients: hot peppers, king oyster mushrooms

Shred green pepper

Tear the king oyster mushroom into shreds, the thinner the better

Blanch the king oyster mushrooms in boiling water, remove and drain

Heat oil in the pan

First add shredded green peppers and stir-fry until raw, set aside

Add king oyster mushrooms, add soy sauce, refined salt, and black pepper and quickly stir-fry until flavourful

Just before serving, add green pepper shreds and MSG to taste
