  5. Sift together baking soda and cake flour into a container.

  6. Use a spatula to mix evenly up and down until it can be formed into a ball with your hands. Do not over mix.

  7. Divide into small portions of about 10 grams and reunite

  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes until lightly browned and crispy. Take it out, cool it down and store it in a sealed jar
