Peel, core and wash 1 chayote.

Cut the chayote into shreds, soak the black fungus in advance and cut into shreds.

Spray a thin layer of oil into the pot and sauté the onions, garlic slices and dried chilies.

Add chayote and fungus and stir-fry evenly.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of homemade magic salt (the method is introduced earlier), 2 tablespoons of white vinegar, and stir-fry until the chayote is broken (adjust the ingredients and dosage according to personal taste).
