  1. Peel, core and wash 1 chayote.

  2. Cut the chayote into shreds, soak the black fungus in advance and cut into shreds.

  3. Spray a thin layer of oil into the pot and sauté the onions, garlic slices and dried chilies.

  4. Add chayote and fungus and stir-fry evenly.
