The gorgeous transformation of leftover rice - crispy rice crust
Overview
The oven was moved to my grandma’s house today. With it, food can always be varied. At the suggestion of my aunt, we made the leftover rice into fragrant and crispy rice crackers. I remember when I was a child, we used a clay stove. There were always rice crackers, smeared with lard and sprinkled with salt. It was so fragrant... Just thinking about it makes me drool. Today, let’s satisfy our craving together~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare, leftover rice, one piece~~
-
Put it in a pot, mash it into small pieces as much as possible;
-
Add a small spoonful of salt and oil;
-
Prepare a small bowl of water starch;
-
Add the very fresh flavor; add the water starch together and stir evenly;
-
Prepare a baking sheet; line it with tinfoil. Today, my grandma’s house didn’t have tinfoil, so I used oil paper instead. It’s a bit sticky, so try to use tinfoil; use a spoon to spread it flat on the baking sheet, try not to make it too thick, and if it’s sticky, dip the spoon in water;
-
Put it in the oven at 130 degrees, turn on the heat, and bake for 50 minutes;
