In the step of adding seasonings, I forgot to take a photo. I put shredded ginger, salt, cooking wine soy sauce, which is very fresh (I used dark soy sauce instead, because the color of dark soy sauce is too heavy, of course you can add less dark soy sauce), appropriate amount of oyster sauce, mix well and marinate.
