Onion meat roll

A few days ago, I posted a post on City 4, where I wrote about some pretentious dishes and naughty dogs. I didn’t expect that the pretentiousness had not passed yet, and Jian’er became really pretentious again~~ My friend went crazy, you just eat what you want, why should you show it off... But, isn’t it true that you should look at delicious food before you eat it? If it doesn't look good, why would you want to eat it... I have to eat a good breakfast, and I try to remember to do it as much as possible. The onion meat roll is a whole piece, half of it is steamed and eaten directly, and the other half is fried in oil. It has a different texture but the same deliciousness!

Chop the ginger into mince, mince the meat into mince, and mix the two.

Add salt, starch and pepper to the minced meat and mix evenly.

Chop the onions and add to the minced meat and mix well.

Remove the edges of the soaked tofu skin and spread it out, and spread an even layer of minced meat on it.

Roll up the tofu skin.
