Overview
I used to eat this fish head with chopped pepper in restaurants. I met a friend from Hunan in Meitian - Xiangshui Jushi 2000. I made the chopped peppers at home and sent them to me to try. This delicious taste really makes my mouth water. It can be said to be the most authentic Xiangxi chopped pepper!
