Overview
Suddenly I discovered that porridge, tea and soup can be turned into soy milk. It was originally a tea recipe that dilutes water, removes dampness and nourishes the liver. After barley is fried until fragrant, it is brewed into tea together with wolfberry and red dates. If you are too lazy to brew or don't drink much water, throwing them into a tofu machine/soymilk machine and beating them into a paste seems to be a good method. Red dates nourish blood and wolfberry nourishes the liver. When paired with barley, they are both laxative and nourishing.
