Heat the milk, pour it into a cup, let it cool and set aside

Beat 3 eggs, separate the egg yolks, add appropriate amount of sugar to the egg whites, stir well

Pour the milk in the cup into the egg whites, leaving the milk skin. Stir evenly, then pour the egg-milk mixture back into the cup, add plastic wrap, and heat in a steamer over water

Steam the steamer over high heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for two minutes
