Prepare onions, garlic, pork, cumin, oyster sauce, and eggplant

Chop the onions and garlic, mince the pork and set aside

Cut the eggplant in half and make a few cuts on it

Heat oil in a pan. Put the eggplant on low heat

Wait until one side of the eggplant turns brown before flipping it over

Flatten the eggplant with a spatula and add the minced onion and garlic

Put in the pork (you can stir-fry the pork first if it’s not cooked yet)

Mix the pork with the minced onion and garlic

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce (depending on personal taste)

Mix well and sprinkle with cumin powder

When the pork is cooked, take it out of the pot
