Chop the scallion into fine pieces and mince the ginger. If you don’t like ginger, you don’t need to add it.
-
Put flour in a basin.
-
Pour in cold boiled water slowly while stirring with chopsticks. The water must be cooled.
-
Stir until the dough forms small lumps and continue stirring.
-
Until all the gnocchi form into small pieces. Note that during this process, if too much water is added, large gnocchi will form. Don’t worry, just tear it up with your hands and then add the flour; if the flour does not form a ball, you can slowly add water and stir it into small pieces.
-
Wash the tomatoes, cut into small pieces.
-
Add oil to the pot, heat the oil and add chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant.
-
Add tomatoes and stir-fry.
-
Stir-fry over medium heat until tomatoes become soupy,
-
Add water, bring to a boil over high heat, and cook over medium-low heat for a while until the tomatoes are ripe.
-
Pour in the egg liquid and stir with a spoon while pouring to form egg droplets.
-
Spread the gnocchi into the soup.
-
While spreading the gnocchi, stir it with a spoon to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
-
Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Check if the dumplings are cooked. Add an appropriate amount of salt to adjust the saltiness. Add sesame oil and stir well before serving.
