Separate egg whites and egg yolks and place them in water-free and oil-free containers. Add vegetable oil and brown sugar to egg yolks and stir evenly.

Slice the sweet potatoes, put them in the microwave on high heat for 5 minutes, cool them with cold water, put them in a mixing cup, add an appropriate amount of walnuts and 100 grams of milk. Mix well.

Add the stirred sweet potato puree to the mixed egg yolk paste

Add millet noodles to the mixed egg yolk and sweet potato puree (I use a wall breaker to grind the millet into powder)

Stir evenly, the batter will be thicker now.

Beat the egg whites with sugar.

Add the egg whites to the egg yolk batter in three batches and mix evenly.

I baked it in a cake maker and it was 100% successful. You can also use the oven, but you have to pay attention to the coloring.

Preheat the cake machine 3 minutes in advance, put in the cake batter and heat it for 5 minutes, and the fragrant cake will be ready.
