Braised Chicken Wings with King Oyster Mushroom

Everyone is making braised vegetables, whether stir-fried with sugar, colored with soy sauce, or directly braised with soy sauce, the method is always the same, but the taste is very different. Each family has its own experience. It may be a rare experience, or it may be a fresh attempt. There is no final answer for delicious food. What you love is the best.

Wash the chicken wings and marinate them with cooking wine and salt for 30 minutes

Wash and drain carrots and king oyster mushrooms

Cut the washed carrots and king oyster mushrooms diagonally into pieces

Cut green onions into sections and mince ginger

Heat up oil in a pan, add rock sugar and stir-fry until the color turns yellow. Do not stir-fry until it becomes dark brown. After frying, remove from heat and cool

After cooling, add the chicken wings (never add the chicken wings while they are hot) and stir-fry over medium heat until the chicken wings are coated in color

Add onions and ginger and stir-fry

Add spices, 1 spoon of soy sauce, cooking wine and stir well

Add the chopped king oyster mushrooms and carrots

Add 1.5 tablespoons of salt and enough water to cover the chicken wings

After simmering over medium-low heat for 20 minutes, turn up the heat and start to reduce the juice. Don’t make it too dry. The soup will be thick
