Peanuts are fried thoroughly in hot pan and cold.

Remove and cool until crispy.

Pack it in a plastic bag, crush it with a rolling pin and set aside.

Shred carrots. Blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, soak in cold water, drain and set aside.

Peel the cucumber, grate and set aside.

Crush the garlic and mince it.

Put the noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook until they are about 70% cooked. Take them out immediately, filter through ice water, drain the water and mix well with a little cooked cooking oil and set aside.

Make soup. The ingredients are as follows: 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 3 spoons of old vinegar, an appropriate amount of minced garlic, 2 spoons of cooking wine, 2 spoons of salt, half a spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of chili oil, and 3 spoons of pepper oil. Mix the above seasonings.

Add cucumber shreds, carrot shreds, chopped peanuts, and cooked black sesame seeds on the noodles. Pour in the sauce and mix well.
