To eat healthy grilled fish, you have to cook it yourself

Cut the fish in half in the middle, but do not cut

Prepare seasoning

Marinate with cooking wine, salt, green onions and black pepper for half an hour

Use kitchen paper to drain the water from the fish, coat both sides with oil, place potato slices underneath, bake for 20 minutes, then coat with oil, bake for another 20 minutes, then bake for another 15 minutes.

Saute the seasoning until fragrant

Add all the vegetables, stir-fry, add water and boil for 3 minutes

Pour the dish onto the grilled fish. Before turning the grilled fish over, put the back side up and put it in the oven for 10 minutes

It's out of the oven. I added chopped green onions, but it would look better if I added coriander.
