Overview

I got hooked on biscuit bars today and baked two kinds of biscuit bars. This recipe basically uses the peach cake recipe, but it has a little less oil and a little more flour. Otherwise, it won't be placed on the baking pan, and less baking powder and baking soda are used, so it's not so loose but crispy.

  1. Put the oil, sugar and eggs into a basin.

  2. Beat with a whisk until thick.

  3. Sift in flour, baking powder and baking soda.

  4. Knead into dough.

  5. Place on the counter and roll out into a cake with a thickness of 0.5 to 1 cm.

  6. Cut the edges neatly.

  7. Cut into strips.

  8. Place on a baking sheet and place in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes

  9. Similar to peach cake, just a little more crispy.
