Steps

1. 1 Boil an egg. Beat an egg, cut into diced carrots and ham, and add salt to taste. Pour a little salad oil into a non-stick pan, heat the oil and spread out an egg pancake. Peel off the shell of the hard-boiled eggs, score the thick end and insert the cucumber slices. (Figure 1)

   

2. 2 Trim the egg cake and make the body of the lamb. (Figure 2)

   

3. 3 Cut out the lamb’s eyes from cucumber slices, and cut out the lamb’s eyes, nose, legs and tail from cucumber peel. Melt the dark chocolate in a piping bag over warm water and draw the decoration. (Figure 3)
