Pepper braised pork
Overview
Pepper stewed meat is a snack sold in the village. From time to time in the village of my hometown, I heard people selling pepper stewed meat. They mix pepper into the meat paste, wrap it in yellow mud and simmer it in a charcoal fire. The meat has a special aroma. I have nothing to do today, so I tried to make this pepper stewed meat. I used the roasting method. Before it came out of the oven, the smell of pepper filled the house.
