Cuttlefish toast
Overview
The ink sac of cuttlefish is a valuable medicinal material. After processing, the ink can not only be used in industrial production, but can also be made into hemostatic medicine to treat functional bleeding. Japan has discovered that squid ink contains anti-cancer ingredients. The ink of squid contains a mucopolysaccharide. I happen to be eating squid these days and leave the ink sacs to make black toast;

Tear open an ink sac, take half of the ink - something like granules, dissolve it with water, the amount of water is within the formula;

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine bucket;
-
Use chopsticks to stir it first to prevent the flour from flying around when the machine is started;
-
When the dough mixing process is over, add butter;
-
Add butter and knead the dough for 25 minutes until the film in the picture appears;
-
Shape the beaten dough into a round shape, put it into an oiled plastic bag, pierce the bag, and put it in the refrigerator to ferment;
-
The next day, take out the dough that has fermented overnight and it has doubled in size;
-
Press and deflate the dough and make three folds at a time; the dough does not need to be warmed up;
-
Make three folds again;
-
Round it up again and put it into a plastic bag for fermentation (to save trouble, there is oil in the bag)
-
In about two hours, the dough will rise again until it doubles in size;
-
Take out the dough, press to deflate, divide into two parts, roll into balls and let rise,
-
After rolling twice, it is finally put into the mold for final fermentation;
-
After about two hours of final fermentation, push the top lid of the toast mold and it won’t move anymore; put it into the preheated oven,
-
45-50 minutes, when the time is up, take it out and put it on the grill to cool;
-
After cooling completely, you can slice it into pieces and store it in a sealed bag.
