A killed capon.

Wash the capon, put salt and ginger salt into the belly of the chicken for a few minutes, and put it in the pot.

Flip the chicken occasionally, lift it up with chopsticks, and then return it to the pot so it cooks evenly.

In about half an hour, insert chopsticks into two chicken thighs. If there is no blood coming out from both sides, the chicken is cooked and ready to be taken out of the pot.

The finished product is seasoned with soy sauce and garlic and eaten as a dip. (My chickens are raised by myself. They are too big. They are divided into several plates. My finished product is just one of them.)
