Delicious and soft---Di Sanzheng
Overview
Steaming can not only retain the original taste of the food to the maximum extent so that the aroma is not lost, but during the steaming process, because the heating is relatively gentle and the temperature is not too high, the nutrients are basically not lost or destroyed. Steamed vegetables have a light and delicate taste, which will not burden the gastrointestinal tract. They have little or even no oil, so you don’t have to worry about growing meat. They are far better than frying or deep-frying. The three ingredients, potatoes, pumpkin, and chrysanthemum, are very common. After being steamed separately and put together, the taste is comparable to meat and vegetables. You can eat a big bowl with your mouth watering.
