  1. Prepare ingredients, cut cucumber and red bell pepper into small pieces, mince garlic

  2. Heat a pan, add oil and sauté garlic until fragrant

  3. Set aside the popped garlic and all the seasonings

  4. Soak the pork belly in a pot of boiling water over low heat until cooked, about 20 minutes

  5. Use the water in which the meat was cooked to drain the red bell peppers and set aside for later use

  6. Cooked pork belly is allowed to cool and then sliced

  7. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and pour over the garlic sauce

  8. Mix evenly and put it in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour, then take it out and serve
